So I didn't end up running the 5k as I was hoping... But I have decided to start doing the Couch to 5k program and seeing how that works for me this time.
I will record my efforts on here. However, I have just recently moved to a new home and our treadmill is currently at the old house still. I'm hoping to have it relocated sometime this week or next.
Or I could just run outside, at a track or something. But I'm not sure about that yet.
Besides NOT doing the things I planned on doing; me and my family have moved to a new house last weekend. We were able to get everything important moved in one day, with considerable help from other family members and my boyfriend (who I didn't know could lift heavy things lol).
Getting used to the house has been a little difficult but we really, really like it.
Well, I have more discuss, but I will save that for another blog.

I Only Run If I'm Being Chased
I'm currently contemplating running a 5k this weekend, but I haven't trained all summer. I know my time will be horrible, but The Boy wants me to run with him; he says: "It's all just for fun, we'll go at an easy pace."
That's easy for him to say though. He's an athlete; I'm not.
It's not that I don't want to run, It's just I haven't had the time to train. Otherwise I definitely would do it and enjoy doing it, especially if it was a month away, giving me plenty of time to do this: Couch to 5k
I've tried it before, and it works quite well for me.
I stopped running this summer because the humidity was really rough on me and I was losing too much weight. So I took a break to give myself a little rest. At that point, I could run five miles, no problem. But now after three-four months of nothing, I'm not for sure if I'm up for three very hilly miles. I guess we will see how it goes on Saturday though ...
